A Nigerian tailor from Argungu LGA, Kebbi State, Mas’udu Saidu Gulma, is reportedly wanted in Niger Republic after allegedly stabbing his business partner, Mas’udu M. Sani from Kebbe LGA of Sokoto State, to death.
Both men were Nigerians working together in the same tailoring shop. Reports say they had a heated argument on Tuesday night before going to bed. Mas’udu Saidu allegedly later woke up, picked up a knife and attacked his colleague.
Neighbours heard the victim crying for help around midnight and rushed him to hospital. Doctors reportedly battled to save his life, but despite undergoing surgery until about 3am, he sadly died.
The suspect reportedly fled immediately after the incident and remains at large, while Nigerien police have been alerted.
