In a press statement issued in Abuja on Thursday, the party disclosed that the House of Representatives primaries will now hold on Saturday, May 16, 2026.
The statement, signed by Felix Morka, clarified that previously announced dates for the Senate, State House of Assembly, Governorship, and Presidential primaries remain unchanged.
According to the APC, the adjustment affects only the House of Representatives exercise, while preparations for other categories of primaries are progressing as scheduled nationwide.
