The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Adamawa State Council, has congratulated its Secretary, Comrade Kissinger Bukar, on his promotion to the position of Director, News and Current Affairs, Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Yola.
In a congratulatory statement signed by the Council Chairman, Abdullahi Ibrahim, the NUJ described Bukar’s elevation as a recognition of his dedication, professionalism, hard work and contributions to journalism and broadcasting over the years.
The Council said Bukar had demonstrated competence, integrity and commitment to professional ethics in the discharge of his responsibilities as a journalist and active member of the union.
It expressed confidence that he would bring his wealth of experience and professional expertise to bear in his new capacity, particularly in strengthening the News and Current Affairs Department of ABC.
The NUJ Adamawa Council wished Bukar continued success in his new position and prayed for wisdom, strength and good health as he assumes the new responsibility.(Insight Pulse)
